Russ Warner was a Democratic candidate in the 2008 congressional elections for the 26th Congressional District (map) of California. He won the Democratic nomination in the June 2008 primaries, but lost to incumbent David Dreier (R) in the November 2008 U.S. congressional elections.[1]
